This policy clearly explains how personal data is treated at Viajeros en el Tiempo, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), la Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and the applicable Spanish regulations.

2. What data is processed
Depending on how the site is used, the following categories of data may be processed:

4. Newsletter and electronic communications
The opt-in form requests affirmative action and acceptance of privacy information. The email is used to send the welcome selection and subsequent content related to time travel, science and culture.

5. Conservation periods
- Subscribers: as long as the subscription is maintained or until consent is withdrawn. Afterwards, essential data may be kept blocked during the applicable statute of limitations to prove compliance.
- Queries: for the time necessary to respond and provide reasonable follow-up; They may subsequently be kept blocked if there is a legal obligation or possible liability.
- Technical records: for limited periods and proportionate to the purposes of security, diagnosis and prevention of abuse.
- Cookies: during the period indicated in the cookie policy or panel and, in any case, in accordance with the consent granted.
The data will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary, without prejudice to the blocking periods required by law.

No automated decisions are made with legal or significantly similar effects on users. General audience statistics, if authorized, are used to understand how the content works and not to make decisions of this nature.
10. Minors
The site does not specifically target minors nor does it seek to knowingly collect their data. In Spain, consent for data processing based exclusively on consent can only be given by a minor when they are over fourteen years of age, without prejudice to cases in which the law requires the assistance of those who exercise parental authority or guardianship.
If it is detected that data from a minor has been received without sufficient legitimacy, reasonable measures will be taken to eliminate it.
