Openable wormholes

The Wormholes Lorentz traversable paths should allow travel from one part of the Universe to another very quickly or would allow travel from one Universe to another.

The possibility of traversing wormholes in general relativity was first demonstrated by Kip S. Thorne and Mike Morris In an article published in 1988. The kind of wormhole crossed that they discovered, It was kept open by a kind of spherical shell of exotic matter, called wormhole de Morris-Thorne.

Later, other types of traversed wormholes have been discovered as possible solutions in general relativity., like a type of hole held open by cosmic strings, which was already predicted by Matt Visser In an article published in 1989.

Wormhole Metric

Examples of wormhole metrics:

wormhole-metric wormhole-not-through-metric

Wormholes and time travel

The practical application of wormholes in time travel it would be as follows:

The final end of the wormhole at a very high speed relative to the other end. Relativistic time dilation would result in one end of the accelerated wormhole aging more slowly than the mouth that has not been accelerated.

This means, that everything that enters the accelerated end of the wormhole, could exit through the other end at a time point prior to its entry.
